lovely welcome amazing shower
The staff extended a lovely welcome. I received port wine and a pastel de nata upon arrival. the shower was amazing, providing great water pressure, and i enjoyed the central location.

central location warm welcome
The hotel boasts a convenient location near Rossio Square. It provides easy access to the city's main attractions. I particularly enjoyed the warm welcomewith a glass of port and a good Portuguese tart. The staff presented them upon my arrival.
The elevator seemed to be under maintenance frequently. It was out of service for two days .

the staff at reception were polite, it met my expectations.
the room was not big at all, i think. there was hardly room to move, i felt. it felt stuffy and hot, it did. i paid online, but they tried to tell me i hadn't paid.

Wonderful stay in central location
central location excellent service helpful staff good breakfast
i stayed at this hotel for four nights and appreciated the central location. it allowed easy access to many shops, restaurants, and transportation options. the staff provided excellent service and assistance . breakfast offered a good variety of choices to start the day.
the room was a bit small, so luggage space was limited.

The breakfast room features views toward the castelo de são jorge. breakfast included a selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes. coffee and juice options were also available daily. It was a great start to the day.

my room included air conditioning and soundproofing to ensure my comfort. a minibar was available, stocked with beverages. the bathroom was equipped with a hairdryer, it was very convenient after i showered, and toiletries were restocked daily.

the hotel's proximity to rossio square allowed quick access to various attractions. the santa justa lift was within walking distance from the front entrance. public transportation options were also nearby, including the metro and buses.

great location friendly staff excellent tour small room stuffy room hot room
i found the location really great. it was easy to get around the city. the staff was always super friendly to me. they helped me book a guided tour and it was excellent.
my room were really small. there werent much room to move around in it. it also felt stuffy and hot. i wasnt expecting that at all.
