lovely welcomeamazing shower
The staff extended a lovely welcome. I received port wine and a pastel de nata upon arrival. the shower was amazing, providing great water pressure, and i enjoyed the central location.

The hotel boasts a convenient location near Rossio Square. It provides easy access to the city's main attractions. I particularly enjoyed the warm welcomewith a glass of port and a good Portuguese tart. The staff presented them upon my arrival.
The elevator seemed to be under maintenance frequently. It was out of service for two days .

the room was not big at all, i think. there was hardly room to move, i felt. it felt stuffy and hot, it did. i paid online, but they tried to tell me i hadn't paid.

i stayed at this hotel for four nights and appreciated the central location. it allowed easy access to many shops, restaurants, and transportation options. the staff provided excellent service and assistance . breakfast offered a good variety of choices to start the day.
the room was a bit small, so luggage space was limited.

The breakfast room features views toward the castelo de são jorge. breakfast included a selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes. coffee and juice options were also available daily. It was a great start to the day.

my room included air conditioning and soundproofing to ensure my comfort. a minibar was available, stocked with beverages. the bathroom was equipped with a hairdryer, it was very convenient after i showered, and toiletries were restocked daily.

i found the location really great. it was easy to get around the city. the staff was always super friendly to me. they helped me book a guided tour and it was excellent.
my room were really small. there werent much room to move around in it. it also felt stuffy and hot. i wasnt expecting that at all.
